Enterprise-wide email and an intranet mini-site helped spread the word quickly. It should be noted that the client asked that their logo not be included on any internal event materials. All locations and dates have been changed to respect client confidentiality.

Everyone loves swag, and this event had no shortage of it. Guests were treated to frisbees, stickers, keychains and t-shirts.
What event would be complete without big wheel tricycle races for the kids? Many laps were taken, with kids of all ages burning up the track. Every rider won a refreshing treat, trophy and photo-op at the finish line!
Participants would receive a compilation album with musical hits about wheels and vehicle-related themes. Attendees could also purchase the albums as a memento to enjoy at home.
